Interesting points of the convention

UPAASD won the best performance relevant to the theme of the fellowship night yesterday today and tomorrow. I designed 1950's clothes poodle skirts and Happy Days look leather jacket and jeans for the guys. I gave a narration and description of the clothes and a mini intro about the participants.

My brother in law Dr. Mario Ines sang You'll Never Walk Alone which garnered great applause and congratulations from the President to the crowd he wowed. We plan to perform this again at our coming fundraiser dance this November

Mrs. Auring Cudal was elected PRO and Zeny Ply apponted asst. secretary

I declined my nomination as Auditor to UPAAA Sorry guys I have too much happening now and would like to concentrate on my term.

Diosdado Banatao donated $500,000.00 to UP and gave it to Dr. Emerlinda Roman A $400,000. pledge from Engineers and $10,000 from Chicago 2 $5000. from other Chapters
